Happy Children Inspired to Learn

Upcoming Events

17th July- I forgot to remind the pupils that tomorrow morning Year 6 pupils can bring in their own toys or games. No electronic devices please!

Most children brought a letter home on Friday about our SRE lessons this week. (Those who were at DNA have them in their bags today.) Please could you complete the permission slip and return with your child tomorrow.

Thank you. Miss Higton

Tuesday 11th June - we are off to the seaside!

Year Six will be rewarded for their hard work this year with a fun-filled trip to Scarborough leaving at 8:15am.

Letters have been sent home with all the details.

If you need any further information, please let us know. :)

25th March - The Bears have earned their target reward! They want to bring in games for an hour on Friday afternoon. They also asked if they could wear pyjamas too!! So please could they bring a board game ( no electronic devices please) and pyjamas in a bag to change into on Friday. Thanks!
Next Tuesday we’re making papier-mâché Maori masks for our Topic “What is Art?”. Please could your child bring in any newspapers and strong A3 sized pieces of card (eg from cardboard boxes) that you may have into school ASAP. Thank you!
14.1.19 - Just to let you know that the week commencing the 4.2.19 will be assessment week for Year 6. We will be having a practise run through of our SATS tests in order to ensure the children are happy and confident with the process ready for May. We will also combine this with Science week - we will be designing, creating and evaluating our own electronic toy/objects. Each design must contain a moving part and a light! A nice balance of hard work and creativity will be needed throughout the week.
