Pupil Premium is an amount of money paid to schools in order to support children who are entiltled to free school meals.  There is a historic gap in achievement between the most and least advantaged children in the country and this money is to be used by schools to close that gap. This is reviewed annually, the next impact review will be in the Summer 2020.
