Final week and we jump right in with Tough Runner...
We started the week without a classroom which was a great excuse to work outside for our Science lesson on water resistance. We ended the day in the hall for our piece of independent writing - it was lovely and cool and a nice change. We've also been refining our rounders skills in PE.
It's been a hot one this week but we've managed to catch a bit of shade in Forest School.
This week we have spent most of the week trying to find shade. Here we are in our English lesson. We are imagining we are exploring cool, damp caves and discovering the cave paintings from the Stone Age. We did manage a little cricket coaching too before it all became too hot.
We have been practising for sports day, completing friction experiments and doing some amazing artwork on perspective.
