Friday 27th June - Transition Day - Art - New Otters did some amazing artwork creating a self-portrait with their 'all about me' glasses.
Friday 27th June - Transition Day - The children did some lovely writing for us in their Year 5 classroom. here they are busy with a little Independent Write.
Thursday 26th June - Transition Day - Here we all are having some fun creating our 'All About Me' art. Look out for Friday for our finished masterpieces!

Using and evaluating different media for effect
In Art, we are studying the David Miller series of paintings called Above and Beyond.
We want to create vibrant colonies of corals as a background to our sea creatures. We used six different medium. Here are our results.
The most vibrant media’s were:

- oil pastels
- chalk
- pencil crayons
- water colours
- felt tips
