Forest Schools 2020/2021

 

Due to the current situation we are doing things slightly differently at the moment.

 

Children are to come to school on their Forest School day in their normal school uniform shirt and jumper and appropriate bottoms.

 

All children should already have a change of outdoor footwear in school, for use at break and lunch times, which they can wear for Forest Schools also.

 

We ask that all children come to school in an appropriate coat suitable for the weather. 

Forest Schools will run throughout the year, regardless of weather, unless there are exceptional circumstances, therefore please send children with suitable kit for the weather.

 

Cooler Months

Children will need:

• Change of clothes, preferably old clothes that children can get dirty/muddy
• Warm coat
• Wellingtons or walking boots
• Spare socks
• Waterproofs
• Hat, Scarf and Gloves

 

Warmer Months

Children will need:

• Change of clothes, preferably old clothes that children can get dirty
• Suitable footwear
• Sun hat
• Sun cream
