Geography

In Geography this term, we will explore and compare physical and human geographical features of 3 different settlement types. We will explore the geography of settlements in our local area, Swanwick, Alfreton and Derby.  We will be using technology to improve our map reading skills with 'Digimaps', using maps and grid references to locate geographical features.  We will also be using computing software (J2E) to present geographical data collected from our local area.
