  • Children under the age of 3 should not wear face coverings

    Mon 27 Jul 2020
    ·       Children aged under three years of age should not wear face coverings or masks

    ·       Wearing face coverings/masks is not compulsory in any public setting for children aged 3-11

    ·       We advise adults and children over the age of 11 years to wear face masks in enclosed public spaces where it is difficult to socially distance. This may help prevent transmission of virus to someone else if you are infected but do not yet have symptoms

  • TikTok issues.

Wed 24 Jun 2020 Miss Turner

It has come to schools attention that children have been falling out over social media while at home, in particular TikTok. TikTok age restriction is 13 years old, with no direct messages for under 16's. If you have allowed your child to access TikTok and messages please monitor what they posting, who they are messaging, the content of those messages, who they are following and making friends online. Below is a link to some guidance around issues on TikTok. Please be aware that if a child receives ongoing abuse the parent does have the right to contact the Police.
