Data Protection and Cyber Security are now incorporated in our daily safeguarding processes.

Derbyshire County Council is the DPO for our school.

Mary Kerry is the named Digital/Data Lead for the school.

Laura Nuttall is the named AI Lead in school.

We are now insured through the DFE RPA scheme.

To qualify for cyber cover under the RPA  school must comply with the Conditions of Cover described in the RPA Membership Rules for the school.  The school confirm they have the mentioned conditions to cover data backups(3), National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) training - requirements for lead staff and governors, registration with CyberAlarm, and have a Cyber Response Plan in place.
